RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

 

  • Thank you for shopping with us!  Your satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

  • We do not accept returns more than 30 days past the ship date.  We do not accept returns if the item has been worn or damaged from washing. Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup or deodorant, or showing any signs of wear, are not valid for return/exchange and no refund will be issued.

  • All sales are final on Special/Discount and Clearance items.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Concert Black Clothing will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

​

  • Please include your a copy of the Sales Receipt or Packing List with all returns.

 

  • Once we receive your return, it will typically be processed within 7 business days and we will credit the credit card used for that purchase.  Please note your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

    Most items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange, refund, or credit.
  • Missing or incorrect items?
    Please contact us and we'll send the correct items on their way at no additional cost to you. Call or text 1-385-200-4005 (Monday through Friday 9-5 Mountain Time) or email concertblackclothing@gmail.com at any time. Note that we may ask for documentation of a missing or incorrect item via an electronic photo or other means.
