Adding a bit more interest around the neck, this cowl-neck blouse will drape softly to flatter your face. The fabric and fit will feel wonderful as you move, the sleeve is 3/4 length, and it is available in our lightweight knit jersey and stretch velvet. Machine wash and line dry.
